We have a drizzly foggy day here today after almost 2 inches of rain last night... Do we still have snow... YEP!
I have a polishing set up in the dungeon that I suddenly got the urge to use yesterday... I ground the edge of the bead that I wanted flat flat... but then couldn't get the thingy off that was holding the polishing wheels on...
First thing this morning I hauled G into the dungeon to remove said 'thingy' ... First thing I noticed was the smell... something smelled really HOT... He touched all my less than useful heaters they were all off... then sprayed my thingy with WD40 (what would the world be without WD40 and Duct tape!). Upon returning to the dungeon a few minutes ago... he removed the thingy and discovered that our sump pump motor was hot enough to fry and egg on... He figures the pump sucked in a rock which seized the motor... Fortunately he's very good at fixing sump pumps the one on the septic lift system in Saint John is constantly breaking down....
